Brandon DuBois has been a licensed auctioneer since 2006 and is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. He earned his B.S. in Agricultural Business from Louisiana Tech University in 2008. Brandon and his wife, Hannah, reside in Winnfield, Louisiana, with their three children, where they also operate a purebred and commercial cattle business, bringing firsthand agricultural expertise to every auction. DuBois Auction Co. specializes in selling farm machinery, farmland, and recreational properties, with its main office located in Winnsboro, La.

Hannah DuBois

Hannah DuBois is Co-Owner of DuBois Auction Co. and has been an integral part of the auction industry since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of experience across auction support and administrative roles to the business. 

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2009 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2017. She is a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. 

Balancing her healthcare career with her passion for auctions, Hannah is drawn to the industry's exciting, fast-paced environment and the community of good people it brings together. Her diverse background and hands-on experience make her a vital leader in the company's operations and growth. When she's not working, Hannah enjoys traveling and planning family vacations.

Debbie Porter

  • Operations Manager

Debbie Porter brings a unique blend of educational expertise and auction experience to the DuBois Auction Co. team. With a B.S. in Mathematics Education, a Master's in Math Curriculum and Instruction, and additional graduate coursework in education, Debbie has dedicated her career to teaching and problem-solving. 

Debbie taught high school mathematics for 21 years and is currently in her 8th year as a math instructor at Northwestern State University. She has been with DuBois Auction Co. since its founding, supporting both online and face-to-face auctions across all aspects of the business. 

When she's not managing operations or tutoring math students, Debbie enjoys glass blowing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Brittany Shirley

Brittany Shirley is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Business Operations Manager with DuBois Auction Co., where she has been a key part of the team since 2011. In her role, she oversees daily business operations, coordinates auction logistics, manages client communications, and ensures that every process runs efficiently from start to finish. Brittany's real estate expertise enhances the company's auction services, particularly in property transactions and client representation. She is known for her commitment to clients, strong organizational leadership, and deep understanding of the auction industry. Her years of experience and dedication make her an invaluable asset to both the company and the clients she serves.

Luke is a 4th generation auctioneer and real estate broker who understands the sentiment tied to land as part of family legacies. Luke has coordinated transactions in excess of $46M, and is licensed in over 20 states. Luke is passionate about assisting clients with land transactions of all sizes and asset types, taking pride in diligently handling one of the most emotionally tied assets that exists.


Along with being in the auction business Luke grew up on an Angus farm and still manages Angus cows today. He graduated from Oklahoma State Univsersity with a degree in Agribusiness.


Outside of work he is passionate about community support, as he serves as President of the local FFA Booster club, is President of his state Realtor Land Institute Association, and serves as a Board Member for Love Africa Missions.

Marvin Baum brings over 25 years of transportation and logistics expertise to the DuBois Auction Co. team. Based in Winnsboro, Louisiana, Marvin is known for his hands-on leadership, reliability, and customer-first approach across the energy, logistics, and industrial sectors. 

A graduate of New Mexico State University with a B.A. in Business Administration, Marvin's expertise in OSHA and DOT regulations, risk management, and operational logistics has consistently improved compliance, performance, and safety culture throughout his career. 

A former EMT-Paramedic, Marvin combines discipline and adaptability with a people-first leadership style grounded in accountability, service, and operational excellence.

Dewayne McClendon

With over 30 years of industry experience, Dewayne McClendon is a cornerstone of the DuBois Auction Co. team. From Glencoe, Alabama, Dewayne is a 1995 graduate of the North Georgia School of Auctioneering and owner of McClendon Auction Company. He has contracted auctions all over the United States. 

Dewayne's impressive awards include Alabama Ringman Champion in 2022, Georgia Ringman Champion in 2025, and Alabama Grand Champion Auctioneer in 2025. He is past president of the Alabama Auctioneer Association and currently serves as a board member for the Georgia Auctioneer Association.

Nathaniel Fredrick

Nathaniel Frederick brings over two decades of auction expertise to the DuBois Auction Co. team. Licensed in the auction industry since 2001, Nathaniel attended Troy State University Auctioneering Program and later completed PRI Ringman School in 2017. He is the owner of Soldx3 Auctions, specializing in real estate auctions across the Southeast. 

Nathaniel holds several professional designations through the National Auctioneers Association—CAI, BAS, AMM, and GPPA—and is past president of the Alabama Auctioneers Association. He was named Alabama's Grand Champion Ringman. 

Nathaniel resides in Guntersville, Alabama with his wife Anna and their three children—Brody, Brayden, and Emma.
